Superfunction is FXY's open-source full-stack framework for Next.js products built with AI coding agents. One command scaffolds a working product — the Next.js app, the SPFN backend, the database wiring, auth, i18n and an operations CLI — and every feature after it is the same vertical slice, entity, repository, route and router, so an agent knows where to read and where to write.
What it does
One scaffold: Next.js, the backend, the database, auth, i18n and ops
One vertical slice for every feature, legible to an agent
Runtime validation, generated migrations and end-to-end types
Operations as routes under /_ops, run from the terminal or as MCP tools
How it shapes our work
FXY builds client products on Superfunction: the first deployable version stands in days on the full-mode scaffold, operations ship as commands the client runs from the terminal instead of an admin dashboard built first, and what we learn operating one client's product goes back into the @spfn packages every next client gets.
