Q.How is the cost determined?
Based on the project scope and milestones. The estimate includes planning and design, plus a reserve fee for changes and additions during the project.
The reserve covers any change that extends the agreed scope, or any in-scope change that affects the timeline.
Unused reserve is applied toward maintenance during operation — defect fixes are free for the first 3 months. If maintenance isn't needed, the unused reserve is refunded.
Q.How long until launch?
Typically about 50% faster than the industry average. Exact time depends on the project's scope.
Q.Can you build on top of our existing code?
Yes — migration of the existing project onto Superfunction is a prerequisite. Migration cost and time may be added accordingly.
For projects already running in production, additional cost may apply.
Q.Do you take every request?
We don't take every request. We only work on what we believe we can resolve.

Q.What operation contract options are available?
You can choose from SuperCloud · AWS · GCP · On-Premise. Maintenance scope and response standards are defined together during the initial contract.
